How <a href=\"http:\/\/www.michaelbrandvold.com\/blog\/2010\/12\/are-you-selling-inside-facebook-facebook-shoppers-have-7-10-larger-shopping-carts\/\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook users who are able to buy inside Facebook have larger shopping carts<\/a>. I have also written about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.michaelbrandvold.com\/blog\/2010\/11\/bands-social-is-not-just-about-sharing-it-is-also-about-commerce-commercesocial\/\" target=\"_blank\">using CommerceSocial inside Facebook<\/a>. Everyone should be thinking about how to make money on their social networks. For the first time ever, social network or blog sites are visited by three quarters of global consumers who go online, after the numbers of people visiting these sites increased by 24% over last year. The average visitor spends 66% more time on these sites than a year ago, almost 6 hours in April 2010 versus 3 hours, 31 minutes last year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s quite a market for your business, product, service or nonprofit. Did you know that 1 in 4 Americans is now on <em>Facebook. <\/em>Globally, <em>Facebook <\/em>has 500 million members. If it were its own country, its population would only exceeded by India and China.
