The entire point of a Hangout is inviting guests to join your Hangyout. Here is a short check list of 12 things you and all your guests should do to deliver the best quality Hangout.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Google Hangout Advance Checklist for Guests:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Quiet location.<\/strong> &#8211; Cut down as much background noise as possible.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Turn off and silence all phones<\/strong>. &#8211; Just like going to the movies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>This is a video chat, install a video camera<\/strong>. &#8211; HD is preferred.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Please use headphones to cut down feedback<\/strong>. &#8211; If you don&#8217;t use headphones the other guests will hear themselves through your speakers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Use a external mic if possible<\/strong>, even a iPhone headset works fine\u2026 as both the mic and headphones.<\/li>\n<li>Y<strong>ou need to be using either a laptop or desktop.<\/strong> &#8211; Broadcastig from iPad or a smartphone will not work.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Good front lighting.<\/strong> &#8211; You don&#8217;t want a shadow on your face.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ideal connection is a Ethernet cable<\/strong> rather than wifi.
