Michael, since you have earned my trust, I’m inclined to check this out, but I have serious reservations about a sales pitch that uses the word “viral” in it. I was already taking a step back from that when I ran across “hyper-viral”.
I assume that the intention is that it would allow and facilitate sharing (and I love the idea that my fans can make money by promoting my music), but if I were to be so bold as to offer Marketing advice to NARM, it would be not to risk setting off Hype alarms in the eyes of prospects.
Yeah NARM is filling it with a lot of marketing speak. CommerceSocial does allow for full sharing within Facebook of your products and store. I have used CS on a few sites, as a commerce store it is no different than any other store, but the sharing aspect in Facebook IMO is what is really cool and helps it stand apart from others doing similar. In the hands of the right person or band I think it would be amazing.
