An important distinction, well worth emphasising. Could you go on to talk about how those two types of manager might work together, through the intensely busy ‘gearing-up’ times – and then, when things might settle back into less-highly pressured routines, maybe the loyalty of the first manager realises its true long-term value.
BTW – do you have a mini-tripod? The camera wobble’s a bit distracting! Cheers.
I have seen real managers often keep the first manager on the team. Many times in some sort of assistant role. I do have a mini tripod, part of the video series challenge is to capture, edit and post the entire on a iPhone. I want to show how a band could do the same thing on the road.
