A Photo A Day Content Plan for the Month of February

I hear from clients all the time… what should I post on my site, on my Facebook Page, on my Twitter? What kind of content do I post? What do my fans want to see?

Photos! Post photos, fans love to see photos. Photos are great for engagement. Post one photo a day. But, what kind of photos?

Use the graphic below as your plan for the entire month of February. Post one photo a day based on the daily topic in the list. This is not hard. Grab the Instagram app, take a photo and post it to both your Facebook and Twitter.

What is really great about this list is these photos will show your fans who you are as a person. It will help them to get to know you the person.

Video A Week – How To Capture And Post A Photo A Day With Your Smartphone

My first challenge of 2012 was posting a Photo A Day, not too difficult. My second challenge for 2012 is posting a Video A Week, a bit more difficult. I put one big restriction on both challenges…

1. Must be captured, edited and posted using only a smartphone. A iPhone in my case.

I want to show how you can capture content for posting to your site with nothing more than your smartphone.

Today I posted my first Video A Week entitled How To Capture And Post A Photo A Day With Your Smartphone. This talks about my initial experience posting a Photo A Day.

Here is a list of what is involved for capturing and posting a Photo A Day.

  1. Post a photo once a day.
  2. Post on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and website.
  3. Use only a smartphone to create and post.
  4. Instagram app.
  5. WordPress app.
  6. Camera app.

Next week the video will discuss the experience around posting a Video A Week.
