It’s the little things you do online that can have the biggest impact on your fans. The little things can often be the easiest for you to also accomplish. All you have to do is use the name of a fan in a post and say thank you. Three words… Thank You Sarah! Three little words, something your mom probably taught you to do when you were a child.
Say those simple words and you can get a response (this is a real reply my client Andy Gibson received) like this back from the fan, “OMG. You DO know my name! 🙂 that is the first you used my name in a tweet!! I could cry!! Its the little things… ;)”
That is a fan for life. All you did was mention their name. Try it… see what happens.

Aside from Andy’s obvious talents; his voice & the sweet tender way, he delivers a song, he is a real sweetheart. His core fan base is thanked and personally greeted almost daily.
These girls work hard to keep his name out there, and guess what? He appreciates it. I became a Andy fan when I heard how he got his start in country music. His singing in both English and the Spanish language, is just what I want to hear todays in country music. He goes above and beyond. Great talent and a sweet heart.
