Rock Star Branding?….the smell of burning flesh is unappealing. I prefer Tattoos. You can cover up Selena’s name with a nice Black Panther.
I just listened to this episode and you have got me SOOO curious…. who was the Christian artist? I find this hilarious!!
Let me see if Brian will reveal who it is.
Really, I was curious because I’m a Christian and for years I only wanted to be a “Christian Musician”. Now I just want to be a musician who is a Christian (for my own reasons). But, I am a serious believer in a good rhyme also, so I agree with that whole thing about not choosing the real obvious rhymes. I mean, a good songwriter should put more effort into a song than a mediocre writer. And, I just think that only someone who is guilty of writing mediocre lyrics and knows it, would overreact in that way. But, now that I’ve listened to this podcast, it leads me to believe that maybe this guy or girl wants to break out of being only a “Christian Musician”. In the Christian community I can see how something like that would give him or her a lot of attention, and to their target audience that might be a good thing for them.
