While the cost of the doll was $1500, the auction price is expected to be much higher. Additionally, the popularity of this new collectible is expected to be very high especially among aging female and male baby boomers in the United States! Will this Barbie spur the very first gift of a Barbie doll trend to male baby boomers? I think so!
