Earlier this week I talked about a killer new tool for bands to use for selling their products online, specifically Facebook and MySpace… Bands, Social Is Not Just About Sharing It Is Also About Commerce – CommerceSocial. Well it’s not just for bands, record labels are loving it as well!
Within a day of my post the record label Dark Star Records out of Chicago and home of Herman Ze German, original drummer for The Scoprions, had signed up. 24 hours later they had a store with their catalog live on their Facebook page and MySpace page.
