Excellent, congratulations!
Thank you!
Congratulations Michael!
Cool Deal. I actually played drums in a band briefly with Ron in 2001 and 2002 while we were involved in a project called Q*Ball through a friend of ours. One of the very best musicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of jamming with. It’s so great he’s getting his due all these years later that he deserved long LONG ago.
Thanks Pete. Ron was awesome and I think we are going to have him join us on the new KISS podcast.
Awesome! Yeah, he really digs “Unmasked” alot from what I remember in our conversations about KISS. Speaking of which, he’s also the only guy I know that when I was warming up on my drum kit while recording in his old studio in 97 and playing the intro to “Torpedo Girl” which I’ve done many times and he spotted it within seconds and chimed in on the intercom “Is that Torpedo Girl from KISS’s Unmasked??” before even knowing I was a fan of the band. =)
IIt’ll be great to see him on your show.
