You’re building your website. You’re telling your developer what you want the site to look like, what you want to be able to do on it. But did you stop and take a moment to think about who the website is for, who is going to use it?
Your website is not for you, it is for your fans.
Your website is to allow your fans to learn more about you, it allows your fans to create a relationship with you, with other fans. It is to help your fans buy your music and product, to find out what your are doing.
Create a website your fans want to use. Your website is not being built as a shrine to yourself.

More stuff that you can put into action immediately!
